Change and transformation is either invited or it falls upon organizations. I have seen systems that are proactive: anticipating market forces and shifts – or reactive: not responding in the most informed or grounded way. We can no longer simply tolerate the current state to be carried into the future and hope for the best outcome. These are complex moments in history, and it demands the collective shape of the organization to be intentional, in order to meet the future we seek. 

I have often been invited to organizations to support change and transformation of various kinds. I am often met with the “people” part of the equation as a point of inertia. Much like there are old legacy systems and technology, there are also legacy ways of thinking, being and working within people. As a change and transformation consultant, the center of my work is to support the shift from one way of thinking, being and working to another in a way that is fruitful, productive and energizing for those who participate in these systems.

Who am I, and how can I help

As a Consultant, Executive Coach, Educator and Transformation Lead, I have worked with Fortune 500 companies through many large-scale transformation efforts. For the last two decades, I have supported efforts that impacted people, processes and systems to bring forward a new way of thinking, being and of working for all of those who participate in these environments.
